客户选用的E05-Pro协作机器人实现一体化末端力控能力,车间操作人员拖拽示教时仅需3N以内的拖拽力(相当于拿起1本高中物理教科书的力气),即可将焊枪轻松拖拽到指定位置;拖拽过程中,配合机械臂末端按键,可以快速完成焊接运动位置、焊接模板、运动轨迹设置,快速进行焊接作业。示教完成后,支持长时间、不间断连续进行焊接,工人只需要定期上料、下料即可。“我们在客户焊接车间进行反复测算,经过简单培训后,普工也能快速完成按键拖拽编程操作,达到客户预期。”
